YOGA
The style of yoga offered at Find Your Center is a version of Hatha yoga called Viniyoga. Viniyoga is an adaptive form of yoga where the teacher can modify the practice to fit the exact needs of each student. It is a very breath centered practice that integrates body, mind and spirit in one cohesive being so you end practice feeling more at peace and balanced on all levels. Our goal is to always meet you where you are at in this moment, so we can move closer to where you want to be. All levels and abilities are always welcome.

About our Teachers:
Josie is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program at the 500-hour level. She has found that in this day and age, it is so easy to become disconnected from ourselves, and that yoga reconnects us to our true self. She has felt so much more joy and balance in her life since having a regular yoga practice, and wants others to feel that joy as well. She feels that our minds, body, and breath have so much to offer us, if we can just learn how to use them to their highest pottential. She loves helping people find yoga and how it can benefit them personally.
About our Teachers:
Kim Tull-Esterbrook is trained through the 500 hour level teacher training programs at Whole Life Yoga, and is the current owner of Whole Life Yoga Studio. Kim uses yoga as a tool to help her know and understand herself and the world more fully.
Kim is certified Mindfulness teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program designed and lead by renowned meditation teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She believes deeply in the power of these practices to ease suffering, enliven joy, strengthen resilience and create a more compassionate and caring world!

All Levels - Appropriate for all levels and capabilities with or without prior yoga experience. Class will be taught based on the needs of the students attending.
Flex & Flow: Energize Your Friday with Strength & Flexibility - Start your weekend feeling strong and centered! This all-levels Flex & Flow class is designed to energize your Friday morning with a focus on improving both strength and flexibility.
No matter your experience level, all are welcome! Our instructor will offer variations for each pose, allowing you to tailor your practice to your unique needs.
